Upon arriving to the reported residence, officers said they found 80-year-old Frank Griswold unconscious on the kitchen floor with blood coming from his head.
He and Griswold became business associates in the 1990s, then friends and ultimately roommates in 2001. Lombardi has no previous criminal history. A probable cause hearing is set for Dec. 19.
