The arrest report against Phoenix Ikner, a Florida State University student accused of unleashing gunfire on the college campus, was released on Tuesday night.

One day after being released from the hospital, Phoenix Ikner, 20, made his first appearance at the Leon County Courthouse.

The Florida State University student who is accused of opening fire on campus last month was released Monday from the hospital and charged with murder.

The 20-year-old Florida State University student accused of opening fire on campus nearly a month ago is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to court documents.

Phoenix Ikner, the suspect in the April 17 FSU shooting, was in court May 13. Officials released the arrest/probable cause affidavit.
