Prince William is celebrating St. David’s Day by flexing his bilingual language abilities. To celebrate the Welsh holiday, which recognizes Welsh culture and achievements, the Prince of Wales made a special appearance–and showed off his Welsh speaking skills–in a surprise March 1 video alongside Kate Middleton.
