A 44-year-old man who police say was waving a gun is in critical condition after being shot multiple times by an off-duty police officer on Staten Island, cops said Friday.

A 15-year-old boy was chased down by police officers in Brooklyn for allegedly having a gun on July 26, body camera video from the NYPD showed. Police said shots were fired around 5 p.m. on East 49th Street.
