Rheem Manufacturing Company, a supplier of electric tankless water heaters, notified Connecticut of plans to lay off 76 workers at its facility in Waterbury.

In a letter to the Connecticut Department of Labor Rapid Response Unit dated Feb. 24, company officials said they’ve decided they must permanently lay off a certain number of employees at the Eemax facility

WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - Rheem Manufacturing Company is set to lay off roughly 76 employees. In a letter to the Department of Labor Rapid Response Unit, Rheem Manufacturing said that it must permanently lay off a number of its employees at its Eemax facility on Captain Neville Drive.
