Tonight was opening night for the fifth annual Zoo Lights at the Topeka Zoo. Many families were out enjoying all of the lights strung around the zoo. Some visitors tonight say they always make it a tradition to come see these lights every year.

5th annual Topeka Zoo Lights opens Friday

The Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center announced the death of Ho Ho the Sun Bear Monday evening. Ho Ho was born Oct. 19, 1989 at Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, according to a news release from the Zoo.
