Palmeiras have finally completed the signing of Barcelona striker Vitor Roque for an initial €25 million ($26m) after FIFA gave the green light for the transfer to take place.

Barcelona have confirmed the departure of striker Vitor Roque, who has joined Brazilian side Palmeiras on a permanent deal. Roque struggled for minutes following his arrival at Barcelona in January 2024 and eventually left on loan in the summer,

Barcelona's deal with Palmeiras over Vitor Roque's sale could reach as high as €31m. Barca paid €30m to Athletico Paranaense over a year ago for Roque, with another €31m due in bonues - which were never met. Instead, Roque leaves for a fee of €25.5m plus €5m in bonuses. Barca also retain a 20 per cent cut of any sell-on fee.
