The American Legion Hall was rented for the event by the Berrien County GOP. The legion had tried to cancel the contract when it discovered the details of the event.

The National Vet Help group will be at the American Legion Post 9, 736 Frederica St., on Saturday from 12-3 p.m. to help veterans with benefits and health care.
