A new bill proposes expanding Big Bend National Park by 6,100 acres to conserve the Terlingua watershed ecosystem.
The Big Bend National Park Boundary Adjustment Act would authorize National Park Service to acquire 6,100 acres of land.
The bill would give the NPS permission to expand up to that 6,100 acres as long as it stays within the means specified.
