Pittsburgh quarterback Eli Holstein was carted off the field and taken to a hospital with a left leg injury sustained while being sacked in the first quarter of Saturday's ACC game at Louisville.

Eli Holstein’s return to the Pittsburgh Panthers starting lineup was short-lived. After getting back to full health in time for the team’s Week 13 clash with the Louisville Cardinals, the former Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback exited the game early.
