"I don't want to die," the driver told the 911 operator before he was rescued in Louisville, Kentucky, on May 4

A Kentucky truck driver was miraculously saved after a serious crash left his vehicle dangling over a bridge. On Sunday, a man called 9-1-1 as his truck hung over the edge of the I-65 Kennedy Bridge in Louisville. The driver stayed on the line for 18 minutes during his call, conscious and coherent as he spoke to operators.

"Will you guys please help me, I'm about to ... I'm about to fall down from the bridge," the driver told the 911 dispatcher. "I'm just hanging over the bridge. I don't wanna die."
