The Somerset Levels are one of the most beautiful parts of Britain, but in the winter of 2013 they faced a natural disaster. One village, Moorland, was entirely engulfed by the floods.
On Thursday at 3:53 p.m. a flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 6 p.m. for Somerset County.
Somerset County experienced more flooding Thursday night. This time it's minor flooding but officials say it is becoming easier for flooding to happen.
