The four apps (Adobe Substance Painter, Designer, Sampler and Stager) include a library of 3D assets and textures, and also hooks into the rest of Adobe's Creative Cloud tools.

Open Substance Painter and set up a new project, click ‘Select’ to import your FBX and set the texture resolution to 4096×4096. I have added a few simple materials to each object as seen below.
