James City County is reiterating their policy after recent violence at Busch Gardens has prompted the county to remind to community of its curfew for minors in and around the park.

James City County Police Department announced a curfew for minors under the age of 18 which will be enforced during Bush Gardens' during Howl-O-Scream following two separate incidents.

A statement said that incidents of unruly and inappropriate behavior have increased across the entertainment industry.

The Dent Schoolhouse now requires guests under 16 to have a 21+ chaperone following a shooting incident nearby.
