The Chennai-based SME, Emerald Tyre Manufacturers made its debut on the NSE Emerge platform on December 12, debuting with a 90 per cent premium over its issue price. This listing comes after the initial public offering ( IPO) that saw a staggering 487.90 times subscription, drawing strong interest from retail and institutional investors alike.

After listing, Emerald Tyre Manufacturers' shares further rallied to hit 5% upper circuit at Rs 189.5 apiece on the NSE.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Tuesday, December 10. The IPO received an overwhelming response from investors, with the overall issue garnering over 530 times bids.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers is set to list on the NSE SME platform this Thursday. The company's IPO saw over 500 times subscription. Shares traded at a grey market premium of Rs 85. Investors can expect gains of nearly 89%.
