Baldur's Gate 3's Patch 8 adds a new subclass to each class, giving players more opportunity for roleplaying and diverse builds than ever before.

The newest patch adds 12 new subclasses, photo mode, and what we've all been waiting for: Baldur's Gate 3 cross play!

One of the most popular subclasses among Warlocks is the Hexblade, which was initially left out of Baldur's Gate 3 but will be officially added with Patch 8 of the game. Along with the ability to create magical weapons, this option will also allow players to curse enemies, forcing souls to obey commands.

So far, I’ve been able to hold myself back from diving headfirst into Baldur’s Gate 3 again by reminding myself that I have too many other games to finish. I can’t justify spending over 100 hours on something I’ve already finished that also launched last year.

In its next and last major update to the game, Larian Studios will bring cross-play, 12 new subclasses and a photo mode to 'Baldur's Gate III' next year.
