The NFL plans to appeal a Nevada Supreme Court ruling that allows former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden to proceed with his lawsuit without arbitration.

The Nevada Supreme Court ruled that Jon Gruden's lawsuit against the NFL can proceed in a public courtroom, challenging the NFL's attempt to push it into private arbitration.
