Wisconsin coach Luke Fickell met with the media on Monday in advance of the Badgers’ Week 13 game at Nebraska. Much to Fickell’s chagrin, the focus of the press conference did not center on that matchup. Instead, most of the questions focused on Fickell’s decision to fire offensive coordinator Phil Longo.

Quarterback Braedyn Locke was among the players who voiced their support of UW coach Luke Fickell after a season-ending loss to Minnesota Saturday.

Athletic director Chris McIntosh was born and raised in Wisconsin. He played for the Badgers, where he became a unanimous All-American, Big Ten offensive lineman of the year, and first-round NFL draft choice.
