Mark Robinson, the current lieutenant governor of North Carolina and the Republican nominee for governor in this year's election, is already burdened by a record of outrageous, extremist statements, but a new CNN report on his comments on a pornographic web site threatens to not only destroy his candidacy but also his political ally Donald Trump's chances in the very important state.

North Carolina Lt.t Gov. Mark Robinson, the Republican nominee for governor in that state, denied the accusations put forth in a CNN story published Thursday that he left numerous graphic comments on a porn site’s message board.
