The lineup for The Savannah College of Art and Design's 27th annual SCAD Savannah Film Festival features a slew of splashy screenings, including “Maria” and “Better Man.” The nation’s largest university-run fest will take place Oct.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker will also participate in a Q&A following a screening of his film 'Horizon: An American Saga — Chapter 1.'

The festival will close with "Maria," feature a centerpiece screening of "Better Man," and host screenings of films from "The Last Showgirl" to "The End."

The guests include Annette Bening, Jerry Bruckheimer, Kathryn Hahn, Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Natasha Lyonne,Demi Moore and more.

The list of honorees for the 2024 Savannah College of Art & Design’s SCAD Savannah Film Festival got one name longer on Thursday with the addition of Oscar-nominated actor Kevin Costner. The Hollywood Reporter announced that Costner would attend the annual festival and receive the Legend of Cinema Award.

The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) will present Kieran Culkin with the Virtuoso Award at a screening of his latest film, A Real Pain on Monday, Oct. 28. Past recipients of the festival’s Virtuoso Award include Eddie Redmayne and Samantha Morton.
