The forecast from KXAS-TV (NBC5) is showing a 20% chance of rain in Dallas at noon, with rain chances slowly increasing over the rest of the afternoon. There is a 40% chance of rain at 3 p.m., which will increase to 80% by 5 p.m.

First Alert Weather Days have been issued for both Saturday and Sunday due to the severe weather threat in the afternoons and evenings. Coverage of storms will be greatest Saturday afternoon, with more isolated storms on Sunday.

Very large hail, at least 2", along with damaging winds, are the main threats, but an isolated tornado can't be ruled out.
