Lamar Jackson and Jared Goff threw five touchdown passes last week, but there's another QB in the lead for NFL MVP after Week 15.

There's a favorite, a No. 1 contender, an underdog story and a few players with outside chances of snagging the award.  What we don't yet know is how the final few weeks will play out. But that's likely what will determine which player actually gets the trophy.

Rookie Malik Washington had his best game of the season for the Miami Dolphins in their 20-12 loss to the Houston Texans, catching five passes on six targets for 52 yards, all of which were season-highs.

If the Vikings win their remaining three games, they're in great position to earn the No. 1 seed, regardless of what the Eagles or Lions do.
