Our brewery was built to be your carefree backyard. Our main taproom provides year round comfort with direct access to an expansive lawn and distinctive “cocoon” structures for small groups seeking a singular experience.

5 days ago · Cocoon Rentals. Our cocoons are individual cabin-style buildings nestled into our expansive lawn away from the main taproom. Designed as private small group spaces for an immersive experience they each include dedicated WiFi, Streaming TVs, and Bluetooth Audio for viewing and listening to your preferences.

We’ve been planning our brewery for a pandemic-sized long time. While we are not known for our patience, our appreciation for the amazeballs transformations that happen during metamorphosis have taught us that patience and time yield dazzling results.

Cocoon Brewing is a toast to the collective moments of curiosity and adventure that shape us. It’s an experience that allows us to reconnect with our sense of wonder and exploration. Opening in late fall the taproom will feature a comfortable lounge atmosphere and large outdoor patio with games, space to run free and cocoon buildings for small groups.
