We have no choice but to rotate Motrin and Tylenol. We usually give Motrin before bed and then Tylenol in the middle of night when she wakes for pain.

WEBApr 16, 2021 · It helped my daughter a lot. Her two bottom teeth finally just popped through. We gave her the Motrin at bedtime and Tylenol during the day on days she seemed to be in pain. We used them for maybe 3 days straight at the start of teething, than maybe 5 other days right before the teeth popped through and her gums were so swollen and bubbly.

WEBI hate taking Tylenol or anything myself, but girl, you give that Tylenol for teething. I definitely do. Teething is incredibly painful and uncomfortable. I think it’s better than letting him be uncomfortable. I have also had luck with baby orajel but it can make it harder for baby to nurse/ take a bottle fyi.

Its tough when the teeth come in back to back but as someone who suffered awful wisdom tooth pain when they erupted, I'm okay with given pain relief a few nights to vet them through it.

Of course, don't let baby sleep with it on, but it has been a life saver with both my kiddos so far (oldest is 6 and youngest is 13m).
