D'Angelo Russell (born February 23, 1996), nicknamed "DLo", [1] [2] is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected as a McDonald's All-American in 2014 and played college basketball for the Ohio State Buckeyes.He was selected second overall in the 2015 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers.
