Feb 25, 2021 · They are trying to stay alive. You just said a company with a worsening financial should lose business' because of bad customer support. That is not a good thing, you can argue for quality, most people don't have those problems. I for one, have had a cyberpower for 5 years. I also, usually won't mention this; Manufacturing.

Dec 8, 2021 · Covid hit different companies different ways, not every company is handling it well. Their support went form slightly below average to really poor. They are probably overwhelmed and suffering from supply chain nightmares, so your mileage may vary. The computers have been great builds once I have got through to support.
