De Nachtwacht (Frans: La Ronde de nuit; Engels: Night Watch), is een schuttersstuk van de Hollandse kunstschilder Rembrandt van Rijn (1606-1669), dat in 1642 gereed kwam. Het wordt ook wel aangeduid als: 'De compagnie van kapitein Frans Banninck Cocq'.
