The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating two fatal shootings that occurred just after 11:30 a.m. on November 6, 2025, in the 1100 block of 98th Avenue. When officers arrived, they located two adult males suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s). Both victims died on the scene. Investigators from the OPD Homicide Division are conducting a follow-up investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
