NBC10 Philadelphia on Instagram: "Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were found dead Sunday afternoon inside their Los Angeles home, a source close to the Reiner family told NBC News. The LA Fire Department said a man and a woman were found deceased inside, approximately 78 and 68 years old, around 3:30 p.m. A source close to Reiner has confirmed to NBC News that Reiner and his wife were the pair that was found dead inside the mansion with apparent stab wounds.
