I mowed lawns after work 2 summers ago to pay down our credit card. Mostly had clients like this (except one named Joe who had me out every week). I used one of those stupid apps to find customers. One property I did was *way* worse than the pictures. When I told the guy his weekly/bi-weekly price would be more than $35 he flipped out. I stopped mowing after that summer.
