Cheesesteak Sandwiches with Minute Steak/ Blackstone Griddle

@Philadelphia Sandwich Co. 🔔 is where I’m at for their famous Cheesesteak sandwich - which believe it or not I really loved without the green peppers!! The steak was tender, well seasoned, not fatty, the roll slightly crispy, and that warm cheese whiz just made it so comforting. Loved it! But, what really blew me away was their grilled pastrami and cheese sandwich!! Sometimes pastrami can be a little too salty, this was perfect the melted SWISS (I said provolone by mistake) and the spicy brown
